Why does the glassware revolve?
The revolving glasses help aerate wine, prevent the likelihood of tipping over, and make drinking even more fun. They are fun and functional.
What is a Tad Glass?
The Tad Glasses are a smaller version of the Swoon Wine Glasses. They hold 5 oz rather than the Swoon's 12 oz. People often use the Tad sets for hard liqueur like scotch, whiskey, or brandy as well as wine.
Why can't I find a product on the site that I saw at a show?
We often test out new ideas and prototypes at shows before putting them online. If there's something you're interested in but don't see here just drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do you have a storefront?
We do not, however, we do have some of our products featured at the following locations:
- Andersonville Galleria Chicago, IL
- Lill Street Art Center Chicago, IL
- Chicago Design Museum Chicago, IL
- Fraser Wood Elements Fredericksburg, VA
We can also be found at art and craft fairs throughout Chicago. Check us out on Instagram @SwoonLiving for up-to-date events, classes and shows.
Can I return my order?
Restocking fees are for returned merchandise with no defects. We charge a restocking fee when customers return merchandise for a refund of the selling price. The amount is deducted from the amount credited for the goods returned. The credit will only be applied to the items that come back in the condition they were received. In the event the product has arrived defective, the customer has 30 days to contact us to attain a replacement product.
Can I pickup my order?
If you are in the Chicago area there will be an option at checkout for a studio pickup. If the option does not show up for you, or you will be in town and want to pickup, please drop us an email at email@example.com and we can setup a pickup date.
As we are a working studio please call us (312-483-7819) in advance to let us know you plan on stopping by. Our studio space is attached to Life Storage, and the private entrance is on the George St. side of the building.
